What Alberto said and the WH probably wishes they could erase all the tapes is that he did tell Andrew Card, WH Chief of Staff twelve hours before he told anyone else. This is HUGE! I'm really feeling sorry for Scotty in advance, he will be mugged tomorrow. Of course, my question is: If the Attorney General doesn't have any problem discussing the ongoing investigation, why doesn't the WH?

Cat, put down the RTPs (Republican Talking Points) and remember the investigation is about the outing of a CIA agent. Also, not the unimportant issue of how we got ourselves into the Iraq mess. Cheney did say he wanted to get some intelligence from Niger, he just didn't get what he was looking for from Wilson. The typical WH strategy is to attack someone not related to the issue to see if they can sidetrack the press and the people. Not this time!
Dog, Wilson outed his own wife. I wish I could dig out his bio site. Confuser problems. Plame sent Wilson not Cheney.
